In 2017, Yangzhou NewGreatWall Plastic Co., Ltd. was established in Hangji Industrial Park, Yangzhou, Jiangsu, China. Hangji Industrial Park is well-known as the toothbrush capital of China. From the end of the last century, there has been many companies that focus on development, production, and sales of oral care products, especially toothpastes. Against such an environment, our company had large business opportunities in the supply of toothpaste packaging at the start-up stage.

The year of 2019 is an important development point for the company. In 2019, the factory moved to the current address – 12 Tongzhou Road. In a larger plant area, the company imported the first auto production line CT-125 from the PSG company in Switzerland. In the same year, we started to cooperate with top companies in the local Chinese toothpaste market.

In the following years of 2020 and 2021, although there were negative effects due to the covid-19 pandemic, we still imported one PSG CT-125 production line per year. That greatly increased our production capacity. In the recent two years of 2022 and 2023, we kept a high speed in the development. For example, we built another factory in 8 Tongzhou Road. We also imported a BOBST flexo printing machine in 2023.

After all these years of development, our plant area has increased from 2,000 square meters to 30,000 square meters. Currently, we have a production capacity of 5 million small toothpaste tubes per day, as well as 1.5 million large toothpaste tubes per day. The production capacity is still increasing by 100 million tubes per year. We have also expanded our customer base to include the first and second tier toothpaste brands in Eastern China. In addition to toothpaste packaging, we have actively explored tube packaging market in other industries, such as cosmetics, pharmaceutics, pet supply, etc.

Our factory is specialized in producing ABL, PBL and PE tubes, which are widely used in oral care products, cosmetics, food, medicine and industrial items such as nail free glue. Our factory has the workroom under standard of GMPC. We have 3 auto production lines from PSG company in Switzerland and several domestic production lines, with a daily output of 2 million ABL and PBL tubes.Furthermore, our factory has 3 extrusion machines that can produce both 2-layer and 5-layer PE tubes, with a daily output of 100 thousand tubes.Therefore, even if you have a big order plan, we can still ensure high quality and delivery time. Feel free to challenge us with a large order!In addition, for surface treatment processes, we have 2 auto offset printing machines, 2 silkscreen printing machines, 2 hot stamping machines, and 1 label sticker machine. With these machines, we can meet most requirements of our customers.

In recent years, our sales revenue is growing fast at a 45% growth rate in the past years. In 2023, our sales revenue will achieve 27.5 million US dollars.
Currently, domestic markets still account for a significant portion of our sales markets – around 60% sales are from our domestic market. We have achieved a long-term cooperation relationship with several domestic top toothpaste brands, such as Saky, LMZ, and many first and second tier brands in Eastern China.
Meanwhile, we are actively developing international business all over the world. The share of international business has been steadily increasing year by year. We are not only focusing on the toothpaste tube market but also exploring the cosmetic tube market. We have cooperated with hundreds of foreign customers from North America, Southeast Asia, and Europe, etc.
